1. Website Usage
- The website www.mysteryrooms.in is owned and operated by Kickass Adventures Private Limited.
- Mystery Rooms may modify these Terms, website content, pricing, offers and policies without prior notice.
- While every effort is made to keep information accurate, Mystery Rooms does not guarantee completeness or accuracy.
- Website content is for personal, non-commercial use only and may not be copied, reproduced, scraped, modified or commercially exploited without written permission.
- Unlawful, fraudulent or malicious use of the website is prohibited.
- Online payments are processed through secure payment gateways. Mystery Rooms does not store card details.
- Mystery Rooms shall not be liable for losses arising from use of this website.
2. Booking Terms
- Booking is confirmed once successfully created.
- Booking confirmations, payment links, invoices and updates are sent to the registered Email and/or WhatsApp number.
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact details.
- Pay at Branch bookings may receive a confirmation call and may be cancelled if unreachable.
- Arrive 15 minutes early. Late arrivals may lose game time. Slots may be released if guests do not arrive without prior intimation.
- Every participant must complete the Waiver/Liability Form before the game.
- Children aged 8 years & below must carry valid ID to avail child pricing.
- Third-party bookings/vouchers must be confirmed with the outlet.
- Additional players are subject to availability and applicable charges.
3. Booking Changes
- Rescheduling is allowed up to 24 hours before the game, subject to availability.
- No rescheduling or cancellation within 24 hours.
- No booking changes once the game has commenced.
4. Payment & Refund Policy
- All prepaid bookings are non-refundable.
- No refund for late arrivals, no-shows or once gameplay has commenced.
- Any exception is at the sole discretion of Mystery Rooms.
5. Gameplay & Safety
- Follow all Game Master instructions.
- No food or beverages inside game rooms.
- Photography, videography and audio recording are prohibited inside game rooms.
- Damage caused by negligence or misuse may be chargeable.
6. Health & Conduct
- Guests under the influence of alcohol or drugs may be refused entry.
- Guests with relevant medical conditions should consult staff before participating.
- Mystery Rooms may refuse admission or discontinue gameplay for safety or misconduct.
- Failure to follow Game Master instructions may result in termination without refund.
7. Personal Belongings
- Lockers may be provided where available.
- Mystery Rooms is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
8. Technical & Operational Issues
- In case of technical issues attributable to Mystery Rooms, an alternate game, slot, voucher, refund (where applicable) or another suitable resolution may be offered at our discretion.
9. Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
- All trademarks, logos, game concepts and website content are the property of Mystery Rooms and/or its licensors.
- Players must not disclose puzzles, clues, walkthroughs or confidential game content.
10. Force Majeure
Mystery Rooms shall not be liable for delays or cancellations arising from events beyond its reasonable control.
11. Photography & Promotional Use
- Photos/videos may be captured in reception, common areas or after the game for promotional purposes.
- No photography inside game rooms without prior consent.
- Guests may request not to appear in promotional content.
12. Communication Consent
- By booking, you consent to receive booking-related communications via Email, WhatsApp, SMS or phone.
- AI-assisted systems may be used for booking and support communications.

14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
